A.         Any lighting used to illuminate off-street parking areas shall be designed to reflect the light away from the adjoining premises of any Residential Zoning District or residential use and away from any streets or highways.  Light standards shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet in height. The lighting system shall furnish an average minimum of 1.0 footcandle during hours of operation and shall be designed with a full cut-off luminaries with a cut­off angle of ninety (90) degrees.
