PRINCIPAL BUILDING

[Amended 5/12/2008 by Ord. No. 389]A building in which is conducted the main or principal use of the lot on which said building is located.  A lot may accommodate no more than one (1) principal building, except for:

(1)    A lot in the MDR, TC, RB, PORBP, HC and PIP Districts.

(2)    A lot in a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND)

(3)    A Shopping Center.
