EMPLOYEE

A term referred to in the parking standards as a measure of the number of parking spaces required.  It shall refer to the maximum number of employees on duty at any time, whether the employees are full- or part-time.  If shifts are involved in which two (2) shifts overlap, it refers to the total of both shifts; OR

Any and all persons, including independent contractors, who work in or at or render any service directly related to the operation of an ADULT-ORIENTED ESTABLISHMENT
