LOGGING

The act of cutting live trees for cord  wood, for timber, for pulp or for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, excepting therefrom a homeowner cutting on his own property for his own use, clearing pursuant to a development plan approved by the Board of Supervisors, clearing for a single-family detached dwelling or clearing for farming operations.
