The Marshall Township Volunteer Fire Department (MTVFD) is sponsoring a Civilian Fire Academy to give people an opportunity to discover what it is like to be a firefighter. This is free to participants and children between the ages of 7-12 must be accompanied by an adult.   During this hands-on academy, you will learn about fire trucks, jaws of life, ways to help protect your family from carbon monoxide(CO) and fire, and other fun firefighter activities.  The Academy will be held Tuesday, May 30th from 6:30- 8:30pm at our Knob Park Fire Station located next to Knob Park.
